Repagify (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates repagify.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. Please read it carefully.

By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you use Repagify, we collect the following information you submit:

  • Email address — used to create your account, send your preview link, and communicate with you about your designs and orders.
  • Domain name — the URL you submit for redesign, used solely to generate your design preview.
  • Product or service description — text you provide when requesting a landing page, used to generate your design.
  • Creative direction and tone preferences — optional inputs used to tailor your design output.
  • Payment information — if you make a purchase, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers or banking details on our servers.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information:

  • Log data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of your visit, and referring URL.
  • Cookies — we use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
  • Device information — operating system, browser version, and screen resolution, used to ensure our site displays correctly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To generate and deliver your design preview
  • To create and manage your Repagify account
  • To send you your preview link and related transactional emails
  • To process payments and fulfil your orders
  • To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries
  • To improve our service, fix bugs, and develop new features
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our platform
  • To comply with legal obligations

We will only contact you for marketing purposes if you have given us explicit permission to do so, and you can opt out at any time.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — we work with trusted third-party providers to operate our platform, including email delivery, payment processing, and hosting infrastructure. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
  • Legal requirements — we may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or in response to a valid request from a government or law enforcement authority.
  • Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • With your consent — we may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:

  • Account data is kept for the lifetime of your account. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
  • Design records — your submitted domain, product description, and generated design metadata are retained for as long as your account exists so you can access past work.
  • Order and billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial and tax regulations.
  • Server log data is automatically deleted after 90 days.

5. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

  • Authentication cookies — set when you log in, these keep you signed in to your account during your session. They expire when you sign out or after 14 days of inactivity.
  • Security cookies — used to prevent cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks. These are temporary and expire at the end of your session.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying logged in to your account.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Right to erasure — you can request that we delete your personal data. You can do this at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us.
  • Right to data portability — you can request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object — you can object to us processing your data for direct marketing purposes at any time.
  • Right to withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent to process data, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@repagify.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. We implement the following measures to protect your information:

  • All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS).
  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text.
  • Access to production systems and customer data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
  • We conduct regular reviews of our security practices and update them as needed.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on the following categories of third-party providers. Each is subject to their own privacy policy:

  • Payment processing — we use a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider to handle all transactions. Your card details go directly to the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
  • Email delivery — transactional emails (such as your preview link) are sent via a third-party email delivery service.
  • Hosting infrastructure — our platform runs on managed cloud infrastructure. All servers are located within the European Economic Area (EEA) or in jurisdictions that provide an equivalent level of data protection.

We do not embed third-party advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or analytics scripts on our website.

9. International Data Transfers

If you are accessing Repagify from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred across international borders. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — including standard contractual clauses approved by relevant data protection authorities — to protect your information in accordance with this policy.

10. Children’s Privacy

Repagify is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at privacy@repagify.com and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of Repagify after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
